These Terms of Service govern your use of the GroupReachers website and services. By creating an account or using GroupReachers, you agree to these Terms.
GroupReachers provides tools for organizing groups and contacts and communicating with those groups. Features may be added, modified, or improved over time.
You are responsible for providing accurate account information, maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, and for activity conducted through your account.
Eligible new accounts may receive a 7-day free trial. Continued access after the trial may require a paid subscription. Subscription terms and pricing presented during the purchase process apply to your subscription.
You may cancel your subscription through the available billing-management features. Cancellation stops future subscription renewals in accordance with the billing terms presented to you. Fees already paid are generally non-refundable except where required by law.
You agree not to use GroupReachers for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, deceptive, or harmful purposes. You may not use the service to send spam or communications that violate applicable laws or the rights of others.
You are responsible for the contacts and other information you add to GroupReachers and for communications you send using the service. You are responsible for obtaining any consent or permission required by applicable law.
We work to provide a reliable service, but uninterrupted or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed. GroupReachers may perform maintenance, updates, or changes when reasonably necessary.
GroupReachers may rely on third-party providers for services such as hosting, payment processing, authentication, database services, and email delivery. Use of those services may also be subject to the providers' applicable terms.
GroupReachers may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, other users, or third parties, or when these Terms are materially violated.
GroupReachers is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee that the service will meet every user's particular requirements.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, GroupReachers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use the service.
These Terms may be updated as GroupReachers develops. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
